    We walked in and the guy that was working didn't even acknowledge us... we stood around for 10-15 minutes he still hadn't talked to us. As I was listening he had no idea what he was doing. He was trying to help an elderly man do something very simple, but he clearly was clueless on how to do it. So we walked out and he could've cared less. Horrible service. He needs to be fired.
