  If I could I would give them 10 stars, I was so blown away with the results of my implants. Dr Richardson does amazing work and gives excellent care. I've spent my whole life fearing the dentist and he sedated me which made the whole experience pain free. I never thought I'd be able to go to the dentist and walk away saying "it was painless". It's not even a question, if you need oral surgery, Foothills is the place to be.

  Dr Richardson. Is honest when he explains what he needs to do to help you. We came to him in need. He explained everything. Very approachable. Staff wonderful. He even said he call and check on my daughter after surgery. Which he did and took the time on phone answer my last few questions. Great place go!
