  The food is never prepared correctly. I ordered a diet coke because I am a diabetic and they tried killing me by giving me regular coke. I ended up in the hospital for 2 days! The burger was good but now they've changed to 'not frozen' meat...I prefer the frozen stuff. The new burgers are garbage.
